H1N1 (Swine Flu) Information
H1N1 is a new virus. The symptoms are similiar to having the seasonal flu. Prevention is the same as in all flu viruses. Last year's flu vaccine is not effective on H1N1. This new virus is treatable. If you are diagnosed by a physician to be positive, the doctor may write a prescription for an anti-viral. Under normal circumstances, you take this medication and recover at home. Be pro active in your prevention!
